A total of 78 stylish rental apartments are being built in the EASTWING for city dwellers who love something special. The new construction of the two apartment buildings in the Gallus district is part of the overall construction project “Kleyers” on Kleyerstraße/Krifteler Straße with a total of around 400 flats. Some apartments will be barrier-free. Two basement levels provide storage rooms, technical rooms, bicycle rooms and stroller rooms. Furthermore, there are 28 parking spaces in a shared underground garage, some of which are designed as duplex parking.

The buildings meet KfW’s Efficiency House 55 (GEG) requirements and comply with regulations for increased noise protection and feature efficient ventilation technology. Pursuant to the thermal insulation certificate, the apartment windows will be fitted with triple glazing and will feature electrically-operated external blinds.

The chic exterior facade combines a striking strip cladding in the ground floor area and a coloured silicone resin plaster on the upper floors. The ornate architecture plays with gaps using the proverbial corners and edges, combining them with ease in timeless, modern clarity.

Yes, there is a minimum rental period of 12 months. After that, the lease can be terminated with a 3 months notice period.

Yes, the lease contract includes an index-linked rent. The rent is determined by the price index for the living expenses of all private households in Germany, which is determined by the Federal Statistical Office.

The deposit to be paid in three net rents (the net „cold“ rent plus utilities can be found in the rental agreement). There are no processing or agency fees.

The deposit needs to be transferred to the landlord’s secure account according to § 551 Paragraph 2 BGB.

The EASTWING Community Manager is your on-site contact when it comes to receiving packages, for example. The services are to be expanded over time and, in combination with a tenant app, can be booked flexibly and easily.

We offer 131 inhouse underground-parking for cars. In addition, there are numerous bicycle parking spaces in the underground garage as well as in the outdoor facilities.

The building is connected by the provider Telekom. A WLAN connection is already included in the rent.
